Cancellation, Return and damaged items

All sales are final. Since most orders are handmade and personalized, we are unable to accept returns, cancellations or resell items since some of the products are personalized. During the ordering process, you will have the opportunity to review and approve your order before it is finalized.

Damaged Product

Despite our best efforts to package orders securely, damages may occur during shipping. Unfortunately, USPS does not always handle fragile packages with care. While we understand the frustration of receiving a damaged item, we kindly ask for consideration of the time and effort put into creating these pieces.
