1. When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your USPS tracking number.
2. How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 5–8 business days. Please allow extra time during peak seasons or for unforeseen delays like weather or postal service issues.
4. Do you accept refunds, returns or exchanges?
We do not accept refunds, returns, exchanges or cancelations. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
5. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact USPS within 4 days of delivery and initiate a damage claim. You'll need to include clear photos of the damaged items and packaging.
6. How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the USPS system.
7. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding our shipping options in the future!
